This florentine villa was built around the end of the 19th century and was used as a distilling factory for the vals mineral water which was then used for processing the ‘Casimir Croze’ confectionaries sent around the globe.
These included : pastilles, pralines, nougat and specialist chocolates many of which can still be purchaased within Vals les Bains to this day.
